Nissan Showcases Adventure-Ready Concepts at Booth #21521


Nissan returns with four bold concept vehicles designed to showcase personalization and performance at booth #21521. Highlights include the Nissan Dune Patrol, a desert-ready Armada PRO-4X modified with long-travel suspension, 37-inch tires, and custom NISMO off-road components, and the Frontier Rapid Runner, reimagined by Powernation TV as the ultimate white-water rafting support truck. Both builds feature upgraded bumpers, racks, and gear storage for extreme outdoor use. Alongside these, Nissan presents the Forsberg Racing Patrol, a 1,000-horsepower tribute to its off-road racing heritage, and the Z NISMO, reaffirming the brand’s blend of performance and adventure-focused design.
Honda Racing Corporation Showcases Off-Road Innovation with Passport TrailSport HRC Concept


At booth #24791 in the Central Hall, Honda Racing Corporation USA (HRC US) presents its latest performance prototypes, headlined by the Passport TrailSport HRC Concept. Based on the 2026 Honda Passport, the concept integrates HRC-engineered upgrades for enhanced off-road capability, including redesigned bumpers, aluminum skid plates, a 60mm suspension lift, and advanced lighting systems. Utility additions include an 8,000-pound winch, a roof rack with a canopy, and an integrated air compressor—the interior features HRC blue Alcantara accents and accessory mounts. Alongside the concept, HRC showcases its Baja Passport Race Truck and a wall of prototype performance parts under development.
RealTruck Returns to SEMA for Its 17th Year with New Builds, Product Launches, and a Special Collaboration with Mattel


RealTruck and Matchbox have collaborated on a custom 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU that will debut at the 2025 SEMA Show on November 4 at 1 p.m. PST in booth #50033. Built by Doetsch Off-Road in Arizona, the Wrangler features premium RealTruck accessories and Matchbox and Husky Liners branding. Following its debut, the vehicle will be auctioned at Barrett-Jackson in 2026 to benefit the Gas Monkey Foundation, with a toy replica scheduled for release in April 2026. RealTruck will also unveil eleven new products and seven vehicle builds at SEMA, including several highly anticipated truck caps and bed cover systems.
Mopar Brings Festive Flair and Trail-Tested Jeep Concepts


At the 2025 SEMA Show, Mopar’s South Hall display (booth #44137) highlights both festive accessories and trail-tested concept vehicles. A standout debut is the Jeep Wrangler “Ugly Sweater” trail armor from MEK Magnet, featuring red, green, and white panels that utilize nano-hold technology to protect the bodywork while showcasing the holiday spirit. The washable, reusable guards are available exclusively on the Mopar e-Store for four-door Wranglers. Mopar also showcases several Jeep concepts first seen at the 2025 Easter Jeep Safari, including the Wrangler Rewind, Wrangler 4xe Blueprint, and Sunchaser, as well as the Gladiator High Top Honcho and J6 Honcho—each blending heritage styling with modern performance.
Redarc Unveils REDWorks Power Panels and Tow-Pro Link

At the 2025 SEMA Show, Redarc (booth #57173, West Hall) is showcasing its new REDWorks Power Panels and Tow-Pro Link system. The REDWorks panels combine Redarc’s proven BCDC smart chargers and TVMS Rogue into compact, pre-wired units that simplify installation for OEM builders and upfitters—ready to use with just a battery connection. The Tow-Pro Link is a Bluetooth-enabled trailer brake controller that connects via the Tow-Pro app, allowing users to test lights, adjust braking, and run diagnostics wirelessly. Both products will feature in Steven Nadaskai’s Cayenne Overland build, displayed alongside his GTI in SEMA’s Content Creator Corral (#21651).
Toyo Tires Treadpass Returns With 28 Custom Vehicle Builds

Toyo Tires celebrates the 12th anniversary of its Treadpass exhibit at the 2025 automotive showcase in Las Vegas (located between the Central and South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center), presenting 28 custom vehicle builds that blend creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. Highlights include John Sarkisyan’s custom 2008 Lamborghini Murcielago, Bisimoto’s twin-turbo 1988 Ford Bronco, and Sean Ramáge’s 1,200-horsepower 1969 Chevrolet Nova. The display also features a life-size die-cast toy box collaboration with Time Capsule and a Porsche Kremer K3 935 centerpiece. Toyo continues partnerships with Leen Customs for limited-edition collectible pins and Zynga’s CSR2 racing game, where fans can vote to bring a favorite Treadpass build into the virtual racing world.
Pelican Showcases New TRVL Series Luggage and Emergency Kits at Booth #60057


Pelican introduces two additions to its TRVL Series, along with its recently launched preparedness line. The ATX 22-inch hard-sided luggage from the Adventure Travel Crossover Series offers lightweight durability, organized storage, and travel-ready convenience. The Aegis 22-inch debuts as Pelican’s first hybrid luggage, combining the rugged protection of hard cases with the flexibility of soft-sided bags. Also featured is Pelican Prepare, a 72-hour emergency kit range that includes SRVL survival kits and VLBL valuable cases, designed for one to four people. To mark its upcoming 50th anniversary, Pelican will host a VIP giveaway featuring commemorative patch hats.
Rockford Fosgate Celebrates 45 Years of Innovation with New 2026 Audio Line and Immersive Showcase

Rockford Fosgate returns to the 2025 SEMA Show with a 6,000-square-foot exhibit (North Hall, booth #10509) celebrating 45 years of audio innovation and the debut of its 2026 product line. The booth showcases premium systems across automotive, marine, motorsport, and motorcycle applications, emphasizing the brand’s reputation for engineering excellence. Highlights include Mister Cartoon’s newly reimagined 1963 International Ice Cream Truck featuring a custom Rockford Fosgate mobile sound stage, Chris Pate’s “Lucy” 1970 Chevrolet C10, and several Polaris RZR and Harley-Davidson models. The experience is complemented by a live art session from illustrator Mike Giant, celebrating Rockford Fosgate’s creative spirit and enduring legacy.
