Defender Rally Triumphs in Argentina Defender continues its rally success with all three crews and cars successfully completing the 2026 Desafío Ruta 40, held in Argentina, with Stéphane Peterhansel and Mika Metge taking the overall win in the Stock class with a time of 18:11:12. The team was competing in the Dakar D7X-R model in the Stock class for production-based cars with the Defenders ranking within the top 20 of the Car category and amongst the T1+ Ultimates, demonstrating the ferocious pace of the D7X-R. The next round of the World Rally-Raid Championship is Rallye Du Maroc, which takes place in Morocco from September 28 to October 3, 2026.
