The Vannonball Run is a Trans-America Journey to Raise Funds for Hurricane Relief

Storyteller Overland Co-Founder Lee Conn, driving a striking red 2024 Storyteller Mode XO, is embarking on a cross-country adventure to raise funds for hurricane relief in partnership with the American Red Cross. Inspired by the 1981 film Cannonball Run, the Vannonball Run launched on October 30, starting in the Northwest at the Olympic Peninsula in Cape Flattery, Washington, and concluding in Key West, Florida. Storyteller encourages supporters to donate a penny per mile for the journey, totaling $48.66. Participants can ostensibly join Lee along the route to discuss the rise of overlanding with Storyteller and hear about the brand’s future. Recently, Lee visited Jay Leno’s garage in Burbank, California.
