2022 Ram 3500 w/ Bowen Custom Bed and Scout Camper :: Classifieds

Ram 3500

Today’s 2022 Ram 3500 (51,000 miles) expedition truck has to be one of the coolest rigs we’ve showcased. It features extensive premium modifications, a Bowen custom bed, and is topped with a fully outfitted Scout Kenai camper. This is a true live-in vehicle and has been thoroughly tested over the past year by the previous owners who used it to travel the US. During the process, further upgrades have been made to both the truck and camper for optimal liveability as discussed below by the seller. The 3500 is a popular choice on our forum for travel with recent examples including a 2022 with a Total Composites shell, 2014 with a custom trailer, and a 1997 with an Alaskan camper. The Ram provides the perfect confluence of rugged backcountry capability, generous payload and towing capacity, and interior luxury. Publisher Scott Brady states: “With the combination of solid axles, the Cummins motor, and the aftermarket support of companies like AEV, the Ram has consistently ranked as the most popular big truck for our audience.” If you’d like a better idea of how this full-size truck performs as an overlanding companion, check out builds from CJC Off Road, Overland_v1.0, and Big Dog Builds.

From the Seller:

My wife and doggo lived in this truck build for over a year, traveling across the country and back. It never let us down. And well, it was freaking awesome. But we are settling down, and I would much rather see this truck live on and get used for more exploration. I thought of every detail I could with this one, and I hope it shows. I also urge whoever is interested in buying it to call me so I can go over it, answer any questions, and see it in person. It’s hard to point out all the little details on the internet. Guaranteed, I probably forgot something, so take a look.”
