“I required a vehicle that would access most places with plenty of storage and could accommodate two large dogs and two humans. In addition, it needed to have the space and payload for everything we needed for long camping weekends or road trips. It incorporates a brand new custom Bowen drop height flatbed with an 18-inch garage and multiple compartments with lock and key. I wanted the Total Composites shell to have the best insulation so I could safely leave the dogs. The truck’s double cab also creates a large comfortable space for humans and canines.
I couldn’t find many vehicles built with two big dogs in mind without having them on the bed or in the main walkway. I had designed a shell layout to accommodate a dog platform the size of a twin bed for them and then a separate sleeping space for me. The dog platform could then double up as an extra sleeping space/dinette when required, with plenty of storage underneath.
