Overland Classifieds :: 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon w/ Ursa Minor J30 Camper

The Wrangler is one of the most desirable vehicles on our forum, with recent adventure-ready examples including this 2013 Unlimited Rubicon, a 2018 AEV camper, and a 2013 Sahara Unlimited. Since its conception, the Wrangler has been designed from the ground up to be an uncompromising rugged, go-anywhere vehicle. Over the years, Jeep has improved refinement and interior comforts but not to the detriment of capability. If you’d like a better idea of how this 4WD performs as a travel companion, then I highly recommend checking out Dan Grec’s adventures in Africa and beyond in a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Despite its modest dimensions, the Wrangler can be transformed into a well-equipped micro-camper thanks to pop-top solutions from the likes of Ursa Minor and a wide array of aftermarket parts and accessories. Consequently, there’s no shortage of inspiring builds online with drool-worthy examples from the likes of Joshav, MainLineOverland, and aMAYSing Life. Today’s 2016 offering has covered just 63,000 miles and features premium modifications and an Ursa Minor J30 camper.

From the Seller:

I’ve owned the Jeep since Jan 2019. I am the second owner and responsible for all upgrades. The Jeep was bone stock when I purchased it. The entire Jeep and top have been ceramic coated. The J30 has almost every feature from Ursa Minor except solar. I upgraded the sleeping cushions to a 4-inch memory foam that is much more comfortable than stock. The top still closes with no issue. The Ursa Minor has three different LED lights up top, two USB chargers, and one 12-volt plug. The Jeep runs great, and I would confidently take it anywhere today.”

The Wrangler provides legendary capability thanks to 4WD, high and low range, 10 inches of ground clearance, front and rear locking differentials, a winch, and more. Inside driver comforts include:

  • Cruise control
  • Premium JL audio
  • Air conditioning
  • Infotainment system with navigation
