Overland Classifieds :: 2013 AEV Brute

The AEV Brute is a rarity and does not come up often on our forum with just a few for sale over the last few years, including a 2015 Double Cab w/ Overland-Ready Bed Rack and Warn’s AEV Hemi Brute. AEV, or American Expedition Vehicles, is a “supplier of OE-quality, performance-driven aftermarket parts, and accessories for vehicles geared specifically to off-road recreational driving and overland adventure travel.” In addition, they take highly-regarded 4WD platforms, like the Jeep Wrangler, and transform them into something truly extraordinary. AEV’s aptly named “Brute” Double Cab is a reimagined Wrangler with an extended and strengthened chassis and a 470 horsepower 6.4-liter Hemi motor. The result is a nigh-on unstoppable all-terrain powerhouse as demonstrated by Scott Brady in Gladiator vs. Brute :: Comparing the Ultimate Diesel Trucks. If you’d like a better idea of how this platform can be outfitted for travel then check out this feature piece on an adventure-ready Overlanding Brute. Today’s meticulously maintained 2013 example has to be the most impressive to date with a huge list of premium modifications, and a well-equipped interior. It is priced at $89,000 OBO (seller discloses price new was $125,000).

From the Seller:

Considering selling my Brute for something else as I don’t have much time anymore to adventure. Life has been busy and someone should enjoy this rig. Would drive it to Alaska tomorrow without question. It has been heavily modified to solve some of the small annoyances and make the vehicle work better for day-to-day overland and off-road use.”
