2014 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter FG 4×4 w/ Pronghorn Expedition Vehicles Habitation Box :: Featured Classified

Fuso

The Mitsubishi Fuso 4×4 is widely regarded as one of the most desirable expedition truck platforms, which is why it’s long been the chassis of choice for many industry-leading builders/outfitters, including EarthCruiser, SLRV Expedition Vehicles, and All Terrain Warriors. From the factory, it’s well-appointed for exploration with a body-on-frame architecture, 4WD, a heavy-duty suspension, solid axles, and a considerable payload and towing capacity. Further still, it boasts fabled Japanese reliability and build quality, with parts availability worldwide. Executive Publisher Scott Brady states, “The Fuso is a true global platform, proven in the remote and inhospitable places of the world where road conditions change with the season, or may not exist at all. In my travels on six continents, the Fuso is always there, cruising along a highway in Chile or busting through the bushveld of Botswana. For an example of how serious this truck is, take a look at the service interval: an incredible 29,250 kilometers—try this with your ute.” With this in mind, cue today’s 2014 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter FG 4×4 (66,000 miles), which has been tastefully uprated for backcountry exploration and topped with a premium Pronghorn Expedition Vehicles habitation cell. This no-expense-spared package was built with around-the-world exploration in mind, with a camper interior (100 square feet of living space) more akin to a luxury studio apartment than a camper, with premium materials, a wet bath, and generous amenities. Due to tragic circumstances, this new, turnkey rig is available with no lead time and at a significant discount.

FusoFrom the Seller:

“My husband and I started overlanding together pretty much as soon as we met 13 years ago. What incredible memories we made! In fact, he proposed to me on one of those trips. This unit was our retirement gift to each other. We were building it with the intention of shipping it to Iceland and then on to Europe, where we hoped to explore for the next several years. Unfortunately, my husband died quite suddenly a year and a half ago. It has taken me this long to come to grips with selling it, but here I am. I hope that whoever buys it makes as many incredible memories in it as we would have. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate, and I’ll connect you with the Pronghorn team.”
