And for owners that are looking to get additional functionality out of their system, the new Slide Kitchen replaces one of your existing ARB full-height, mid-height, or low-height slide drawers, offering a smartly designed food prep space that’s perfect for keeping your crew fed. The stainless steel setup includes a swing-out three-burner stove, 12-liter kitchen sink, ample counter prep space, and storage for kitchen essentials.
Simple Vehicle Integration
The beauty of the new Slide Kitchen is how easily it can be integrated into your existing ARB drawer system. Simply remove the left side drawer from your dual cab drawer system and replace it with the Slide Kitchen. The over-extension roller design allows the kitchen to completely clear your vehicle when it is deployed, and thanks to its robust design, it is completely freestanding and doesn’t require any support legs. Just like the ARB storage drawers, a slam-latch handle secures the kitchen when in transit. And upon arriving at your campsite, the Slide Kitchen can be fully deployed in as little as 15 seconds.
Features
Stainless Steel Bench and Utensil Storage – A 4-foot by 1.5-foot, kitchen-grade, stainless steel food prep bench provides ample space for your resident backcountry chef to work. With the stove deployed, a storage shelf is available underneath the prep bench alongside a powder-coated aluminum utensil drawer, making sure all of your cooking tools are close at hand.
Thetford Argent 3-burner Stove – This swing-out stainless steel propane stove offers one large 2.5-kilowatt burner and two smaller 1.75-kilowatt burners for a total of 20,472 BTUs of cooking power (with built-in electronic ignition). A fold-away glass lid doubles as a backslash when deployed and has a built-in safety mechanism that automatically stops the flow of propane when it is closed or if the burner’s flame is blown out.
12-Liter Collapsible Sink – Made from durable and flexible silicone, the 12-liter collapsable sink includes a dish drying base. When collapsed, the sink unit can fit inside the utensil drawer for travel.
While this new offering from ARB has us excited to upgrade our kitchen game, it is not (currently) available in North America.
