XOverland Africa Series Trailer Drops February 1

Overland Africa trailer

The release of a new XOverland film series is always a widely anticipated event in the overland world, and their latest adventure promises to be their most ambitious to date. Clay and Rachelle Croft, and the rest of the team dropped a handful of teaser trailers for the new series in the last couple of months, but they will be posting the full XOverland Africa Season 6 trailer on their YouTube channel and social media feeds on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 5:00 pm MST.

The Africa Series itself will launch with exclusive first access on the XOverland Network, a subscription-based network that is the home of XOverland content and other content creators. Subscribers will have first access to the season, featuring binge drops on the network rather than week-by-week rollouts. XO will begin by releasing four episodes on the world premiere date of February 29, 2024. Four more episodes will be released on March 17th, and then the last two episodes will be released together on March 31st for a grand finale. The series will be available for free on YouTube starting March 6, with one episode going live per week.

Season 6 follows the XO crew’s journey across the remote reaches of southern Africa, and this time, they’ve brought the whole Croft family, in addition to Overland Journal Senior Editor Ashley Giordano and Expedition Portal and Overland Journal contributor Richard Giordano (the series’ Director of Photography) and Medical Editor Dr. Jon Solberg. The remote terrain and unpredictability of the African landscapes are sure to push everyone to their limits—in fact, the motto for the Series is, “The obstacle is the way”.
