Video of The Week: Live Work Wander’s Pop-Top Troop Carrier

By now, you’ve probably seen Live Work Wander’s striking yellow Land Cruiser floating around Instagram. This beautiful Maltec build has quickly become one of our favorite overland rigs, boasting an ideal combination of capability and comfort without adding excessive weight through modifications. For many of us, it’s a dream rig, but it has also raised some questions amongst die-hard cruiser fans about legality and importation. That’s why back in May they released a video to quench people’s thirst for answers, while also showing off their build and some of the amazing places it has taken them. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chris didn’t receive a real taste of the outdoors until moving to Prescott, Arizona, in 2009.
