Redarc Has Launched the Redworks Quickfit Power Panels

We recently completed installing a Redarc-based electrical system in our Defender camper, and we could not be happier with the result. Well, we thought we couldn’t be happier until we saw the launch of the Redarc RedWorks QuickFit power panels! This all-in-one power system will surely be a game-changer as it offers a simple and effective installation and management system for DIYers and professional builders alike. This promising new product combines critical power components such as the Manager Alpha, dual TVMS Rogues, and all required wiring into one cohesive unit, with two available options: QuickFit75 (75-amp) and QuickFit100 (100-amp).

The RedWorks QuickFit power panels reduce supply chain hurdles by consolidating commonly used parts into a pre-assembled form that is ready to be installed. According to Redarc, this streamlined approach lessens inventory demands, cuts labor costs, and consolidates multiple power management functions into one device. As a result, manufacturers looking to build or upgrade their fleets of vans, campervans, or other recreational vehicles can experience a faster and more cost-effective production process.

These panels integrate several key functionalities that support a wide range of power requirements. They feature the Manager Alpha and dual TVMS Rogues as part of their design, enabling comprehensive battery management while offering complete control of vehicle lighting, pumps, inverters, and appliances. This is done through a touchscreen interface or mobile application. The inclusion of up to 20 outputs at 10 amps each and 16 switch inputs, in addition to four tank-level inputs, gives manufacturers and users significant flexibility to configure the system for various situations, whether that involves interior lighting, water systems, or other essential onboard features. In most typical off-grid or mobile applications—like running lights, small appliances, pumps, and moderate electronics mentioned above—the Redworks QuickFit power panels will easily handle daily power requirements. However, users who plan to run multiple high-consumption appliances simultaneously or for extended periods should account for battery capacity, overall power source capabilities, and the 10-amp-per-output limit to avoid surpassing what the system can deliver long-term.

Redarc’s new system has also been engineered to shorten installation time substantially. Because the panels arrive pre-assembled, pre-wired, and thoroughly tested, they offer a plug-and-play solution that can save up to 50 percent of the effort typically required when assembling separate components from scratch. This level of convenience is intended to help manufacturers optimize their workflow and ensure consistent performance across different RV and van models. The company cites thorough testing as part of the manufacturing process, which it believes improves reliability and helps maintain high-quality standards.

Engineers at Redarc placed considerable emphasis on designing the panels to take up minimal space without sacrificing performance. The panels measure approximately 15 inches by 25.5 inches, creating a compact power solution that can be accommodated in smaller interiors while still delivering high output. This space-conscious layout simplifies cable management and contributes to a neater, more professional appearance once installed.

Another significant advantage of the RedWorks QuickFit power panels is their ability to charge via multiple sources. Users can rely on the vehicle’s alternator, solar panels, or shore power to replenish batteries. Panels are available in 75-amp and 100-amp models, offering options for various power needs that may arise in different travel or work environments. Moreover, the panels include a start battery recovery feature, which allows the user to recharge the start battery of the towing vehicle or motorhome from the RV battery, helping avoid situations where the vehicle cannot start in remote areas. Excess solar and A/C shore power can also be redirected to top up the start battery.

Redarc North American OEM Sales Leader Mike Kurtz said,

“The RedWorks Power Panels are a game-changer for RV and van manufacturers, significantly reducing installation time while providing a fully integrated, high-performance power solution. By streamlining production, these panels offer substantial cost savings and operational efficiency. This launch exemplifies our relentless pursuit of excellence, ensuring our customers receive industry-leading power solutions designed to perform in the harshest conditions.”
