Overland Classifieds :: Top Five Tacomas Currently For Sale on Expedition Portal

It’s no secret that the Toyota Tacoma continued its reign last year as the top-selling midsize truck in the US. While Tacoma owners seem to have moved on to the next trend (has anyone noticed a significant number of Raptor lights affixed to Tacoma grills?), a proper understanding of appropriate payload principles seems to be slowly catching on in the North American off-road scene. Like ultralight backpacking and trail running, will we eventually apply Marie Kondo’s rules of tidying up to our overland builds? Only time will tell. In the meantime, here are our top five Tacomas currently for sale on the Expedition Portal Classifieds forum.

Ashley Giordano completed a 48,800-kilometer overland journey from Canada to Argentina with her husband, Richard, in their well-loved but antiquated Toyota pickup. On the zig-zag route south, she hiked craggy peaks in the Andes, discovered diverse cultures in 15 different countries, and filled her tummy with spicy ceviche, Baja fish tacos, and Argentinian Malbec.
