Overland Classifieds :: 2019 Acela Monterra 4×4 Full Expedition Build

This is not the first Acela truck we’ve featured, with previous examples including this $115,000 Monterra Overland Platform and a fully-equipped $675,000 2021 SLRV Expedition Vehicle on Acela 6×6 Chassis. Based in Bozeman, Montana, the Acela Truck Company is highly regarded for its go-anywhere expedition rigs, which are “born from a desire to build the most reliable, durable, and capable trucks in North America.” In short, Acela brings tried and tested military-grade vehicles to the commercial market, but not before they completely overhaul and upgrade almost every component.

Today’s 2019 Monterra is priced at $329,000 and offers a sweet spot between the two Acelas listed above. That’s a huge amount of money, but it’s competitively priced when pitched against comparable vehicles produced by EarthRoamer, EarthCruiser, and Global Expedition Vehicles. Furthermore, with the world reopening and summer fast approaching, today’s Monterra is a turnkey, go-anywhere expedition camper that can be yours immediately.

If you are along that route and would like to arrange a time and place to see the rig in person, please contact us. We may also be in the Flagstaff area May 20th for Overland Expo West.”
