Method Race Wheels will be sponsoring NASCAR driver Hailie Deegan’s entry into the 2022 Mint 400, one of the oldest and most well-known off-road races in North America. While Deegan is most notorious for her Camping World truck series races, her roots are in off-road racing, and the Mint, which takes place from March 9th through the 13th in Las Vegas, Nevada, will bring her back to the dirt, where her passion for speed began.
The Mint’s multi-day format begins at the Vegas Strip where the race vehicles will be paraded in front of the public on March 9th. Attending the event is free for the public, and for those wanting an autograph, Deegan will make an appearance on March 10, beginning at 1 pm on the corner of Fremont St. and Las Vegas Blvd, at the Method Race Wheels booth.
Deegan will be driving in the Unlimited Truck SPEC class in a 525 horsepower rig powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine. After her initial practice laps under the guidance of Brenthel Industries’ Chuck Dempsey, Deegan said,
“This might be the most fun I’ve ever had driving anything!.”
