iKamper’s New Raconteur Rack Series

iKamper has launched its first roof and bed rack system, the Raconteur Rack Series, designed for outdoor enthusiasts. The Raconteur features a steel frame, stainless steel hardware, chip-resistant powder coatings, and high-strength aluminum cross bars. This new series offers options for popular overlanding vehicles like the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota 4Runner, and Jeep Gladiator. With various configurations, including roof racks and bed racks, the Raconteur integrates seamlessly with iKamper’s rooftop tents and a range of accessories, enhancing adventure readiness and convenience for vehicle-based explorers.

The Raconteur Rack Series is available in multiple configurations, catering to different vehicles and adventure needs. The roof rack for the Toyota Tacoma, compatible with models from 2005 to 2023, is priced at $850. It has a dynamic load capacity of 400 pounds and a static load capacity of 1,000 pounds. For the Toyota 4Runner, compatible with models from 2010 to 2024, the roof rack costs $1,200, offering the same load capacities. Both options feature no-drill mounting and are built to withstand harsh conditions while providing a low-profile, strong foundation for gear-heavy excursions.

The bed rack options for the Toyota Tacoma and Jeep Gladiator offer mid-height and full-height configurations, with prices ranging from $1,300 to $1,500. These racks are designed to handle dynamic loads of up to 441 pounds and static loads of up to 1,213 pounds, depending on the configuration. Like the roof racks, they feature no-drill mounting and are compatible with iKamper rooftop tents, making them ideal for serious adventurers looking to maximize their vehicle’s utility and storage capacity.

To further enhance the functionality of the Raconteur Rack series, iKamper offers a variety of accessories designed to integrate seamlessly with the racks. These include awning brackets, bed rack accessory panels, RTT mounting brackets, lift-up brackets, and rear window accessory panels, among others. Each accessory is engineered to provide additional storage options, improve gear organization, and facilitate easier mounting and setup of rooftop tents and other equipment. This comprehensive accessory lineup ensures that adventurers have all the tools they need to tailor their vehicles to their specific overlanding needs.
