Help Improve Expedition Portal!

Around this time every year the team sits down and begins to plan for the next twelve months. We discuss what sort of stories to publish, what type of gear to review, and most importantly how we can make you, our readers, happier. The trouble is, we’re not the best psychics, so instead of trying to guess how we can make Expedition Portal a better place, we’re hoping that you can tell us yourselves! Don’t worry, we don’t need you to write an essay, just finish a quick 16 question survey about the stuff you love. We even made it multiple choice, so the entire thing can be completed without putting down your coffee. How’s that for efficiency?

The survey can be found here, and it is completely anonymous so feel free to tell us what you really think! If you still have more to say after you’re done, tell us in the comments. We’ll be watching for any additional feedback you might have.

As always thank you for your continued support of our site. It has been one heck of a year, and we look forward to making Expedition Portal even better in 2017!

– The Expedition Portal Staff

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chris didn’t receive a real taste of the outdoors until moving to Prescott, Arizona, in 2009. While working on his business degree, he learned to fly and spent his weekends exploring the Arizona desert and high country. It was there that he fell in love with backcountry travel and four-wheel drive vehicles, eventually leading him to Overland Journal and Expedition Portal. After several years of honing his skills in writing, photography, and off-road driving, Chris now works for the company full time as Expedition Portal's Senior Editor while living full-time on the road.
