Tacoma overland

The Tacoma remains the most popular truck on the forum with recent offerings including this 2011 w/ Roamin Chariot, 2016 w/ Harker Outdoors camper, and 2021 w/ AT Overland Summit. The continued dominance of this coveted mid-size demonstrates that above all else, our community values build quality and reliability above all else (a topic discussed by Bound For Nowhere on the Overland Journal podcast). Whether you require a daily driver, commercial workhorse, recreational rig, or indeed a dedicated overland platform, the Tacoma is fit for purpose and a pickup you can depend on to get the job done. The second gen remains a fantastic choice for travel with inspiring adventure equipped offerings from the likes of Alpine Tactics, Total Chaos Fabrication, and Pacific Roamer. Cue today’s 2008 Toyota Tacoma (167,500 miles), which showcases extensive upgrades (see original listing for full details) and is topped with a GFC V1.

Tacoma overland From the Seller:

I’m considering selling or trading my well-built 2nd gen Tacoma. All in all, this is a great example of a mechanically sound Tacoma. All work was done at the shop I own. I’d consider trades for the following: 2017+ Crewmax Tundra, 1st gen 4Runner, JDM Land Cruisers, clean 79-83 Pick Ups, or a well built 1st gen Tacoma. That said, I’m open to looking at anything, so send them my way! All maintenance, minor as well as extensive, is up to date.”
