Ford F-350

The F-350 is a great option for adventure, with recent offerings including this 2002, 2022 w/Bowen Customs bed and Scout Kenai, and 2024 w/custom box. With its heavy-duty 4WD system, solid axles, well-appointed interior, considerable payload, and dependable Power Stroke diesel, it’s a great option for overlanding. Further still, with impressive aftermarket support, this commercial icon can be transformed into a hardcore backcountry expedition rig, as demonstrated by builds from BDS Suspension, Ross Robinson, and Chris Cornette. Cue today’s one-owner 2005 Ford F-350 Lariat (126,000 miles), which has been meticulously maintained and boasts the FX4 package, premium upgrades, and a fiberglass shell. Older models such as this are becoming increasingly desirable since their simplified electronics and field serviceable mechanicals are well-suited to the rigors of overlanding.

Ford F-350From the Seller:

Totally awesome platform for adventure as is or to add a camper. This F-350 is super clean inside and out. Ordered new from Wendell Ford in Spokane with the FX4 package, Lariat package, 6.0-liter diesel, and a ZF6 manual transmission with a manual shift transfer case and manual hubs. It’s a very rare truck. It has a nice matching fiberglass shell with operable windows and a full bed slide. Recently replaced brakes/calipers, and the front end is tight. Nothing left to do but enjoy many trouble-free miles to come.”
