2006 Dodge Ram Power Wagon :: Classifieds

In recent years, almost all the big-name manufacturers have introduced uprated backcountry variants of their full-size trucks with heavy-duty suspension, armor, locking differentials, intelligent onboard systems, and more. However, Ram was one of the first to lean into overlanding, with their long-standing Power Wagon remaining one of the best-in-class. Amazingly, today’s 2006 model incorporates features that competitors are only just adding to their rugged variants, such as lockers, electronic in-cab sway bar disconnect, and more, while still offering a 2,250-pound payload and 10,600-pound towing capacity. It’s no surprise that this model is a favorite on the forum with recent adventure-ready examples including this $85,000 2022 with a Leitner bed rack, an $80,000 2019 with a GFC camper, and finally, this $47,500 2016 AEV Prospector Power Wagon. Today’s “old timer” 2006 Power Wagon subsequently represents an excellent value at $16,500 OBO, considering it incorporates many of the same desirable attributes. It would cost much more to try and upgrade to a standard 2500 with the same all-terrain features. 2006 Power Wagon

From the Seller:

Original owner. The Power Wagon has covered 198,3xx miles and is in good shape for the year (normal scuffs and light scratches typical of an 18-year-old truck). No rust, and the paint is in good shape with no peeling or clearcoat issues. Mechanically in good order and a great foundation to build on.”
