2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x w/ 2025 OVRLND Camper :: Featured Classified

Nissan Frontier

The Nissan Frontier is a great option for overlanding and boasts rugged backcountry credentials and class-leading build quality. It regularly ranks as one of the most reliable mid-size trucks in North America (as ranked by J.D. Power) and serves as an ideal platform for a truck topper/lightweight camper. Executive Publisher Scott Brady states: “Nissan is one of those brands that is so honest and reliable that you rarely hear a cross word said about their vehicles. They have somehow risen above the petty brand rivalries and produced one of the most durable, capable, and best-value midsize trucks on the market. Nissan makes the legendary Patrol, and its DNA is evident throughout the Frontier.” The Pro-4x variant provides elevated capability with an uprated and lifted suspension, a rear locking differential, bolstered armor, and intelligent assists. Further still, it enjoys access to impressive aftermarket support and can even accommodate heavy-duty parts from its full-size counterpart, the Titan. It was for these reasons and more that it was selected by the Overland Expo Foundation for the 2026 Ultimate Overland Build, which was showcased on the Expedition Portal YouTube channel. Cue today’s low mileage, meticulously maintained 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x King Cab (32,000 miles), which enjoys premium modifications and is topped with a 2025 Ovrlnd Camper. At $40,000 this package represents impressive value and is turnkey ready for your next adventure.

Nissan Frontier

Nissan Frontier From the Seller:

“I built this Frontier and OVRLND camper combination specifically for extended travel and spent over two months living out of it while exploring the western United States with my dog. The King Cab’s 6-foot bed with the OVRLND camper creates what I believe is one of the most practical midsize overland platforms available—compact enough for tight trails and city driving while still offering exceptional interior space and a queen-sized sleeping area. The truck has been upgraded with All Dogs Offroad suspension, maintained meticulously with complete service records, and equipped with the features that make long days on the road comfortable (including adaptive cruise control, heated seats, 360-degree cameras, and a rear locker). The camper has been outfitted for off-grid travel with a unistrut roof rack (which I used for a solar array), a MaxxAir Deluxe fan, insulation, interior lighting, and additional wiring provisions. The only reason I’m selling is that my travel style evolved and I moved to a full-size truck with a slide-in camper for additional living space. This rig is proven, reliable, and ready for its next adventure. This trim in the King Cab body style is only sold in Canada, so the VIN lookups will come back as an SV but it’s a Pro-4x. I’ll accept wire transfers or we can go to your bank and get a cashiers check. Clean title, no trades.”
