Adventurer Manufacturing Introduces the 80RB Overlander Edition

The full-size American pickup truck is unique. Nowhere else in the world can an adventurer find a vehicle that offers such size, comfort, power, utility, and relative off-road capability. And, if you have such a large and capable vehicle, it is tempting to equip it with a home that can keep you comfortable and safe as you travel North America. Should you travel the world in a camper like the Adventurer Manufacturing Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition? I don’t see why not if it suits your style of travel. That bed looks amazing.

The Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is a hard-side, non-slide, wet bath truck camper designed with compact dimensions to accommodate short- and long-bed trucks. The interior floor length measures 8 feet, 4 inches, and the interior height is 78 inches. The center of gravity is reported at 30.5 inches.

With an array of upgrades focused on power management, cold-weather readiness, and overall convenience, the 80RB Overlander Edition positions itself as a versatile solution for year-round travel. A 400-watt solar power system featuring Bluetooth monitoring lets users maintain energy levels while exploring off-grid locations. Supporting this is a 132 amp-hour internally heated lithium battery, ensuring power reliability and performance even in cold conditions.

The refrigeration system provides flexibility for varied power setups. It can operate on 12-volt DC, 110-volt AC, or propane, giving users adaptability depending on available resources. This three-way system ensures that refrigeration needs are met regardless of the travel destination or power situation.

Adventurer Manufacturing has also focused on user-friendly features that enhance convenience. The Overlander Edition includes push-button controls for key systems, allowing for effortless operation of the camper’s power jacks, rear awning, and air-conditioning. These systems streamline setup and management, reducing effort for travelers during their outdoor stays.

For durability and practicality, the interior includes marine-grade removable flooring designed to handle muddy boots, wet gear, and other outdoor challenges. This feature allows for easy cleaning and long-term resilience.

The Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is designed to fit short- and long-bed full-size trucks, offering compatibility with models from Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, and Ford. This flexibility makes it appealing to a wide range of truck owners who want to expand their vehicle’s utility.

Water capacities include a 15-gallon fresh tank, a 6-gallon gray tank, and a 6-gallon black tank, supported by a 4-gallon water heater. The camper features one 20-pound propane tank and space for a single battery, ensuring efficient power and water management for off-grid stays.

The Overlander Edition has a base dry weight of 1,877 pounds, making it a manageable option for truck owners seeking a lightweight yet capable camper.

The base price for the 2025 Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is $41,568, and the camper is now available through Adventurer Manufacturing’s dealer network.
