Ram Power Wagon

There’s no shortage of full-size trucks suitable for travel, but far fewer that offer factory overland packages, and only one Power Wagon. This automotive icon was, without question, the first full-size pickup engineered first and foremost with capability in mind, and continues to set the benchmark within the segment. Executive Publisher Scott Brady states, “To best relate the backcountry performance of the Power Wagon, it helps to list the off-road hardware, which reads like a dream. From the front, a high-clearance bumper houses a 12,000-pound Warn winch, and the actuator for the front sway bar disconnect … The front and rear axles are equipped with driver-selectable locking differentials, 17-inch wheels, and 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler tires. If the rear locker was not enough, the axle incorporates a helical-style limited-slip and an effective traction control system.” Cue today’s 2022 Ram Power Wagon (26,000 miles), which incorporates extensive modifications and is topped with an exceptionally well-appointed Enduro SuperTourer (the camper alone costs more than $100,000). The time and money invested in this build is nothing short of extraordinary, and the result is one of the most dialed overland rigs we’ve featured. It’s a rolling home with abundant capability to access the most scenic camp spots and, once in situ, has generous amenities to remain there in comfort for extended periods. Highlights include a 400-amp-hour lithium battery system supported by 460 watts of solar, 28 gallons of freshwater with multi-stage filtration, and climate control with 12-volt air-conditioning. There’s simply too much to list, so check out Enduro Camper’s full video walkthrough below to learn more.

Ram Power Wagon

From the Seller:

I live in the Desert Southwest, and I built this rig to be capable of traveling rough trails from Colorado to Baja and to visit remote spots in comfort. The chassis is a plush 2022 Ram Power Wagon, which is a fully loaded Level 3 truck with every option except a sunroof. It boasts a full suspension system from Don Thuren, featuring 2.5-inch King Reservoir shocks, as well as Dethloff skids, a steering box brace with rock rails, and more. Needless to say, this rig is exceptionally trail-worthy considering its size. The camper is built unbelievably well by Leif Stein and wants for nothing. It’s so nice to arrive at camp with hot water and ice in the freezer. There is too much to list, so contact me for more info.”
