2015 Toyota Hilux Invincible :: Classifieds

Toyota Hilux

The Toyota Hilux is an automotive icon and is widely regarded as one of the toughest trucks ever produced. This legacy was undoubtedly bolstered tenfold when British car show Top Gear famously attempted to kill the Hilux without success. It’s favored in the developing world by front-line agencies and warlords alike for its ability to endure daily punishment in the harshest environments, and is subsequently well-suited to the rigors of overland travel. Cue today’s 2015 Toyota Hilux Invincible (140,000 miles), which has been overhauled from the ground up for adventure. It incorporates over £35,000 in upgrades, which include a full Old Man Emu suspension, Victron power system, premium rooftop tent, and a plethora of Alu-Cab upgrades. Consequently, at £27,000, this meticulously maintained package represents an impressive value and would serve as the ideal rig for exploring the UK, Europe, and beyond (and is sold with a “huge” selection of spares). There’s no shortage of adventure-ready offerings online with inspiring builds from Expedition Outreach Overlanding, You Rippa Adventures, and Roam Overlanding. From the Seller:

Designed and built for a multi-continent overland trip, equally at home on more local adventures. My 2015 Hilux is for sale. It was converted into an overland camper in mid-to-late 2024 for a trip to Europe, the Balkans, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Scandinavia, Iceland, and North Africa. I have owned the car for four years, and I have known it since it was six months old. It’s never been used commercially and is in outstanding condition. It’s been built with massive OCD and sometimes re-worked modifications again and again to get it right. Not including the base vehicle, I have spent just over £35,000 on this build. So, it ‘owes’ me a lot of money, but I am being realistic about my asking price of £27,000, and I can deliver anywhere in the UK if needed.
