Ram 2500

The Ram 2500 is a favorite on our forum, with recent examples including this 2022 Power Wagon, 2022 Prospector XL, and 2018 with a Vagabond Outdoors camper. It’s no surprise considering the truck’s powerful Cummins diesel motor, best-in-class 17,980-pound-max towing capacity, and 2,340-pound payload. Today’s one-owner 2016 offering with 96,871 miles has undergone a plethora of desirable AEV (American Expedition Vehicles) upgrades and is topped with a Century canopy. This truck is the perfect do-it-all vehicle as it’s also pre-wired for a Four Wheel Camper, which would make the transition from a daily driver or work vehicle to rolling home relatively painless. If you’d like a better idea of how this full-size platform can be outfitted with a Four Wheel Camper then check out the builds from Down2mob Overland and Savage Camper.

From the Seller:

We built this truck to take us on adventures and equip us to handle almost any job around our small farm. We thought we would never have to sell it, but as life changes, we need something more equipped to farm life and the loads that come with it. I’ve equipped it with all the AEV parts available at the time, and it’s been in this configuration since we purchased it in 2016. AEV has built a solid product that drives like a stock truck and handles all the stuff trucks are expected to do. It’s equipped to haul a load, tow a trailer or truck camper, and, most importantly, roam and explore. It has been well-maintained by myself and kept clean inside and out.
