Off Grid Trailers (OGT) offers a quiver of four innovative trailers designed for adventure seekers and nature lovers who yearn for a more intimate connection with the great outdoors while hauling the outdoor essentials. These trailers not only provide shelter but should significantly enhance the outdoor experience with their unique features and design.
The Pando 2.0 Off-Road Trailer is a contemporary version of the conventional teardrop trailer and provides an impressive 29-degree departure angle courtesy of a standard Timbren 3500HD axle-less suspension. This trailer rests on a laser-cut C-channel engineered steel frame, capable of following you into the most remote corners of the backcountry. Safety is paramount with 12-inch electric brakes and a battery backup breakaway system. The Pando 2.0 includes 12 cubic feet of interior storage, a 10-cubic-foot rear galley kitchen, and a galley water channel management system to ensure a dry kitchen space. Encased in an environment-proof, one-piece, aluminum-skin wraparound roof, the cabin is insulated with CNC-cut rigid foam and equipped with a 10-speed reversible roof fan. The Pando also comes equipped with 4 USB ports and interior LED lighting and includes an electrical system that features an accessible and removable wire track for easy electrical wiring access.

The Expedition 2.0 Off-Road Trailer, weighing 1,700 pounds, is designed for the rugged explorer. The trailer features a 50-degree departure angle and a standard Timbren 3500HD axle-less suspension, further proving its off-road credibility. The all-metal and composite construction promises durability, while the 23 cubic feet of interior storage and 13 cubic feet in the rear compartment provide ample space. An integrated aluminum roof rack is perfect for loading outdoor equipment, and the trailer boasts a 31-gallon CSA-approved freshwater tank, a dual-bank, smart-shore power charger, and Zamp solar-ready port. Off Grid Trailers prides itself on its entirely wood-free manufacturing approach, and the spacious interior of the Expedition trailer is a prime example. Nestled on a subfloor made of aluminum and composite material, the Expedition’s cabin is safeguarded by an all-encompassing, weather-resistant, one-piece aluminum skin roof. The trailer’s interior boasts rigid foam insulation and a 10-speed reversible roof fan, ensuring the climate inside remains cozy irrespective of the external weather conditions. Moreover, the Expedition trailer is fitted with 4 USB ports and interior LED lights, and it incorporates an enhanced electrical system with an easy-to-reach and detachable wire track for straightforward electrical wiring access.
