Jeep Wrangler Rubicon AEV

The Wrangler is an overlanding icon and is widely considered to be a pinnacle overland platform. It’s one of a select few 4WDs that was engineered from the factory with backcountry adventures in mind and can be driven directly from the dealership and into the mountains. The Rubicon model boasts a plethora of hardcore all-terrain features such as front and rear lockers, a sway bar disconnect, Dana axles, a lifted and uprated suspension, and intelligent driver-assist features. It’s a favorite of the Overland Collective team, with contributor Matt Swartz stating, “It’s hard to grasp the love and reverence that some people hold for the Wrangler platform unless you’ve had the opportunity to drive one. Ultimately, it’s about much more than just the vehicle. Loving the Wrangler is loving the outdoors, the trail, the camaraderie of navigating challenging obstacles, and the fun of driving on dirt roads with the top down and the wind in your hair.” It’s also the aftermarket darling with no shortage of parts, accessories, and services on hand to further uprate it for exploration. With this in mind, cue today’s meticulously maintained 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK370 (67,xxx miles), which has been completely reimagined by industry giants AEV (American Expedition Vehicles). This incredible Jeep was built from new at the AEV factory in Michigan and boasts a plethora of top-tier upgrades and a 5.7-liter Hemi conversion (learn more here). If that wasn’t enough, this drool-worthy rig has then been professionally transformed into a functional micro camper with an Ursa Minor J30 camper, custom interior storage, and fridge and slider. A similar configuration was used by Dan Grec (The Road Chose Me) to travel 54,000 miles over three years around Africa. So if you’re in the market for a turnkey no-expense-spared, AEV-equipped and Hemi-powered Wrangler for the summer season, then look no further.

From the Seller:

I’m selling my 2014 AEV Jeep JK 350 Hemi. This Jeep was built from new at the AEV factory in Michigan. From there, I upgraded it to be a long-distance touring vehicle that excels both on the road and when the tarmac ends. I installed an Ursa Minor J30 camper to make camping anywhere a breeze. The Jeep was optioned with a 5.7-Hemi that can run on 87 up to 92 octane with more than enough power. It has two auxiliary fuel tanks, one that is a flip of the switch, totaling 55 gallons of fuel for an impressive 800 miles of range, depending on driving habits.”
