2007 Nissan Titan :: Classifieds

Nissan Titan

Interestingly, Nissan trucks seem to be somewhat overlooked by the overlanding community, despite their reputation for reliability and build quality. During our Midsize Truck of the Year gear review, Scott Brady stated: “Nissan is one of those brands that is so honest and reliable that you rarely hear a cross word said about their vehicles.” In my opinion, it’s not that Nissan trucks are not desirable, but rather they’re eclipsed by the immense popularity of alternatives from the likes of Toyota. As a result, they often represent excellent value despite incorporating many of the same desirable attributes as the competition. The full-size Titan (160,000 miles) is a favorite with the Expedition Portal team and has been featured regularly (including this Surfcamp, Project Titan, and a PanAm Expedition Build). Today’s Nissan Titan showcases numerous upgrades and is topped with a Smittybilt XL rooftop tent. From the Seller:

I started this project as a prerunner and eventually continued to build it as an overlander so we could enjoy it more since we love camping. I’ve owned this truck for 7 years, and it has been extremely reliable. The only reason I’m considering selling it is because I want to build a bigger diesel truck. You can see more of it on my IG @titanprerunner26.”
