When it comes to travel destinations on my bucket list, Russia never really found its way to the top. Sure, there are plenty of amazing things to see there, but the beauty and diversity of other places always seemed to beckon me away from this enormous nation—until I watched this video. Observing Geko Expeditions wandering through colorful forests, across expansive beaches, and over amazing mountains has definitely knocked this region up a few notches on my list. I think if you take a few minutes to watch this video, you might agree. Even if you don’t have the full twenty minutes, take the time to skip around and just soak in the stunning vistas and utter isolation that can be found in this part of the world. It will definitely wet your appetite for adventure on this long weekend.
