Scot Allen has over 30 years of leadership and management experience. He is currently the CEO of EarthRoamer (since June 2022), having previously been president and COO (July 2021-June 2022). Before EarthRoamer, he was COO at AdamWorks for 12 years (2009-2021). His earlier roles include VP Manufacturing at Hatteras Yachts (2005-2009) and Adam Aircraft (2003-2005), general manager at ABB (1999-2004), manager of shop operations at General Electric (1996-1999), and a captain in the US Army (1989-1995).
