Supertramp Campers Unveils the Flagship HT Hard-Side Camper

Supertramp Campers has announced the release of its latest slide-in truck camper, the Flagship HT (Hard Top). This sleek-looking new model is designed to merge the openness of Supertramp’s LT (Lift Top) camper with the durability and simplicity of a hard-sided unit. The company plans to debut the Flagship HT at the SoCal Overland Expo in Costa Mesa, California, on March 15-16, with production models expected to ship by mid-summer.

The Flagship HT introduces several updates to Supertramp’s product lineup, offering increased storage, new power options, and customizable features. Buyers can upgrade to an 800 amp-hour Victron lithium battery system and select options such as a diesel-powered Truma heater (yes, please!) and an induction cooktop.

Inside, the camper provides 38 cubic feet of storage, made possible by in-house manufactured cabinets with angled designs that complement the modern interior. A MOLLE gear wall further enhances organization and storage solutions, adding a touch of ruggedness. Additional options include filtered onboard water, dimmable LED lighting, vehicle paint matching, ski racks, a hitch step, and dry flush toilet systems.

Supertramp’s owner and lead engineer, Keith Panich, emphasized that the development of the HT was part of a long-term strategy to diversify the company’s offerings without compromising production efficiency.

“The Flagship mold was designed from the start to accommodate various slide-in camper solutions. While the base structure remains consistent, the HT feels like an entirely different product inside.”

The construction of the Flagship HT mirrors the quality seen in other Supertramp models, employing a one-piece composite shell that is vacuum-infused at the company’s Golden, Colorado facility. This manufacturing approach results in a structure with 2-inch-thick composite walls that extend seamlessly to the roof, providing excellent insulation.

The camper is surrounded by six large Arctic Tern Dark Edition dual-pane acrylic windows, allowing ample natural light and panoramic views. An additional window in the door contributes to the bright interior. According to Panich, maintaining a sense of openness was a priority,

“A lot of hard-side campers can feel cramped, but our goal was to keep the interior spacious and airy.”

If you ask us, space and air is the ultimate luxury in an overland vehicle.

The HT is compatible with full-size trucks featuring 6.5-foot or 8-foot beds and weighs approximately 50 pounds more than the LT model.

Inside, the camper features an L-shaped couch with storage compartments beneath the seating areas. The sleeping arrangement includes a folding extension that converts the bed into a king-size layout, enabling north-south sleeping.

Standing height inside the camper reaches 6 feet 6 inches, and a notable feature is the inclusion of under-bed storage—an uncommon offering in the hard-sided camper segment.

Externally, the Flagship HT comes standard with a High Gloss White single-stage automotive paint finish. To guard against road debris, the camper’s base and lower edges are coated with Rhino Liner. Customers seeking personalization can choose from three additional exterior colors—Battleship Grey, Forest Green, and Desert Tan—or opt for vehicle-specific paint matching and 3M vinyl wraps.

Inside, the HT retains the aesthetic choices familiar to the Flagship series, with eight cushion color options and two distinct interior themes. The “Glacial Valley” theme introduces cool blue tones, while the “Desert Mesa” option features warm hues of orange and brown.

Supertramp Campers is now accepting orders for the Flagship HT, with a base price starting at $65,975.
