Find Your Range: Sportsmobiles and Silencers

The staff at Expedition Portal enjoy a bit of plinking now and then, and we know a lot of you do as well. Whether it’s teaching your kids the basics of knocking down tin cans with a .22 rifle, or getting ready for hunting season with your buddies, a little target shooting while at camp can be a fun hobby. Over the years we’ve grown fond of suppressors, which act as a muffler to reduce noise and improve hearing safety while trying for that bullseye. We recently ventured into the backcountry with Sportsmobile and SilencerCo to explore southern Utah and get in some very quiet target shooting. Remember to be safe, cleanup after you’re done, and only shoot where regulations permit. Enjoy!
