Owned by a creative director and financial guru, the house has been designed and decorated with impeccable style and amenities. The large, open floorplan creates a welcoming central area consisting of a combined kitchen, living room, and dining area, all with views out the two-story wall of windows that make up the “front” of the house. A modest deck with seating is easily accessible just outside the living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six occupants comfortably.

The house’s kitchen certainly stays true to the “modern” description, with simple yet elegant wood and glass finishes. A floating counter pulls double-duty for food prep or impromptu meals. Polished concrete floors throughout the house provide a low-maintenance finish and the incorporated radiant heating system ensures that you can walk around barefoot without suffering from cold feet.

Additional features ensuring that guests are comfortable, entertained, and productive include a sauna, jacuzzi tub, wood stove, fire pit, 60-inch television, Xbox, bumper pool, darts, and WiFi.
