Overland Classifieds :: 1995 Land Rover Range Rover Classic LWB Camper Conversion

If this build were a human, I would immediately sit down at a dimly lit bar filled with cigarette smoke and cheap beer and listen to the travel tales of this 1995 Range Rover Classic with a fitted 1976 Sunrader slide-in camper. The Range Rover made the trek from Washington State to Panama before the seller acquired it in 2020, and the Sunrader camper lived through Saturday Night Fever, the first successful solo expedition to the North Pole, and the introduction of the first Sony walkman.

This conversion features a 4.6-liter V8 with an Atlantic British short block and rebuilt cylinder heads, a new Nissens radiator, a 4-inch lift, and 33-inch Falken WildPeak all-terrain tires. Cabin features include air conditioning, a Kenwood Bluetooth CD player, a backup camera, power windows, and a CB radio. The camper is equipped with a Dometic refrigerator, a Renogy solar/alternator charge controller with Bluetooth connectivity, and a 140-watt solar array.

From Steve:

“The best part about the build? Someone else did it, and they did a really good job. We bought this truck as a turn-key vehicle. I enjoyed adding some personal touches and improving a few of the different parts of the camper, like the solar and battery systems, bed platform, and the storage.”
