Ford Bronco Fullsize 1991 from Europe

Hi,

Im form Slovak republic (eastern Europe) and my bronco is one of the few (now five) fullsize broncos in my country. When I bought it it was in quite good condition, but you know everything can be better
My plan is make a good expo/camping ride for little offroad and little onroad use.

Here is some facts:

Model: Ford Bronco fullsize
Year: 1991
Engine: 5.8L V8 - ford 351w
Trans: AT ford E4OD

Fuel: now it has LPG system (SOLARIS)
Lift: Stock with add leaf from van for little higher and more durable ride
Equipment: Roofrack with lights
roof top Tent
roof top box
Inner rollcage
two independ. rear seats
roof console with switch panel and audio headunit
Dual battery system with diode insolator

I make some restore work on it.

It was very clean, but had a some problem with throttle position sensor, AC, lights and some else....

So this is first photos where bronco has new license plates. This "ZA" - means my home town ( Žilina

This is first time offroad testing...

Here I stucked Maybe I need some locker...

So this is our bronco's meeting - There is only 4 fullsize broncos in our hole country!!! (one mine 91 351W, one 86 302cui, and one 79 351 carb, and one but I don't met it, only saw the photo. Some white 1992+)

I bought this little monster with my girlfriend (Zuzana). So she loves this truck too.

Here are some new parts:

I chnged the fuel filter and oil at first.

then I want to make the engin stronger and the sound was not so good too.
So I made the new exhaust - Aeroexhaust turbine. AR25 + AT2525

I bought the new air filter too. KN gheto style Is very nice

So becouse the steering was very sensitive I bought the Rancho steering stabilizer. Now is the steering very good, smooth and for me is great choice.
The instal was very easy. I choose make it otherwise like it is in the instal manual. Now I have the steering shock up, far away from ground...

First I painted some parts. The shock is now white and few parts are black.

so finally I have US style of lights on my truck. Becouse I bought it with non US....

My old stock audio wasn't so bad ( it played from 1991 but I want some better sound. I putted new Soundsystem komp speaker to front and want to make a 10" sw to back.
I started with cleaning and dynamating
Everythng is in the progress so I will share my photos.

I put high tone speakers to nice retro boxes. It looks like old cadillac's taillights

I was on the car graveyard and search two new seats to backside. Finally I bought two of rear center seat from renault scenic 2002. These seats are great because they are only 40cm (15.75") wide. So I can put there two of these and put the second battery in the middle of.
One girl make refabrication of these seats with original fabric material from stock bronco's back seat.

First camping

We tried our new rooftop tent....Our first camping with Bronco

New ARB awning on the roofrack.

I started the making of new overhead console. This will include double din headunit, switches, fuses and independant heater clock.

Now it is only in progress and I try to make a form for fiberglassing....

Down on the place of the stock headunit location will be the CB radio.

First expedition.......Balkan in Europe

We are back now from long trip. It was great jurney in European Balkan area. We visited these countries: Croatia, Montenegro and Bosna and Hercegovina.

Summary it was aprox. 3500km distance. All the time we burn only LPG gas. The prices over there were good.

We prepare expedition report from this trip. So now here are some pictures of bronco from this trip

Great looking Bronco it looks very clean. 1 of 4 total? I think that's pretty neat to have such a rare vehicle and I'll bet it gets a lot of attention :Wow1:

Kinda wild, those things are a dime a dozen here in the States, I see at least 15 or so of them daily. Classic example we always lust for vehicles that are rare given the location.
