2001 Coleman Utah

I opened it up today to get some new pictures. So here is the description. Feel free to text any questions. Also, due to the issues I found, I have lowered the price to $2,100.

THE GOOD

Interior:
King bed over tongue, Queen in the back. The dining table slides out to make the interior very spacious. It also makes a double bed. 3 burner stove with 2 propane tanks and a propane hookup outside for your outdoor kitchen or lantern. 12 volt system with Optima Blue Top battery. Has outlets with site hookups for water, electric, and cable. I am including some kitchen pots, pans, and a broom. Also including a 12 volt fan for use with the trailer. No leaks and the matresses are in good shape. Overall, I give it an 8 out of 10, pretty good for its age.

Exterior

Sping Over axle conversion (re-welded, not flipped the axle) to increase clearance. Trailer brakes, new wheels and tires (8-27-2009). Sway control included. Front compartment storage is clean and houses the battery. Roof has a new seal coating as of fall, 2011. Body is clean and has no leaks. Hitch is included.

THE BAD

There are some minor issues from last season I have yet to repair. One of the corner jacks was left down when moving the trailer. It needs replaced and I have the part, just not installed. Also, the counter particle board split where the sink pump attaches and needs replaced (see picture). Sink still works, just broken counter. The faux drawer front apparently came off since I opened it last, a couple screws and glue and that is an easy fix. The exterior has a little body damage from the previous owner rubbing a tree (see picture). Also, the back panel got pretty lose this winter, so it will have to be tightened up. The awning came off last fall and just needs a new stich to hold the guide on, then it is as good as new.

Trailer is salvage title due to theft when brand new on the RV lot in phoenix. I am the 3rd owner.

Call or text Brian, 9 2 8 - 5 3 3 - 6 4 nine seven

I work until after midnight, so texts are better. No voice calls from work, sorry. I will not call that late, I have 3 kids who wake me early. If you want a voice call, between 9 and 2 is best.
