National Luna Power Pack Install

After looking at several options and even buy one then realizing the mount would not work, I purchased the National Luna Power Pack. These were the reasons.
1. Easy to install. No custom mounting plates needed.
2. I did not like the big monitors on the dash for the under hood installed systems
3. I already had a perfect place for it.
4. Could be moved to other vehicles or moved to tent.
5. Cost less then the other system when you added up the mount, fuse box and breaker.

The install was super easy. I had some practice running wires to the back when I installed a constant power outlet. After wires are ran, it is as simple as making a few connections to the battery and fuse. Here are a few pic's:

Very nice sir...
I like how clean, simple and portable that is...so next time we camp you can pull your fridge right in between our chairs so I can enjoy cold root beers and marvel and your genius :)

Rocket-scientist,

Thanks. It will be nice not to worry about the battery.

Lance,

I like the idea until I have to lift that battery.

Went on a two night trip over Thanksgiving and everything worked great. I had the fridge running in the truck for about a day and half with out starting it and still had power to the fridge. I drove about 3 hours and the battery was at full charge. Could not be happier.

Nice! Great write up also.

I may look into that, I like the 'portability' of it. As I would be moving the power source between my CJ, XJ and the M416 trailer.

On the Aussie forums and in the mags/DVD's you often see folks put their fridge by their chair in camp and use a portable power pack.
Pretty slick.

Having seen this setup in action on our Black Friday weekend outing I was very impressed.

So far I love the Power Pack. My question now would be how other set it up to run other items on thier truck. I know that the PP has a 60amp output. I would like to see other setups.
