2 Rickson steel rear wheels as super single have a 7' wide track (or can be reversed and be 7' 5" wide)
2 Michelin XDE2+ tires M+S Plus the 2 wheels
2 Michelin XZE2+ tires. no wheels. With the appropriate wheel this tire will fit in the Ford wheel well without modification.

I paid $4500 for the 4 wheels and 4 tires. The front Rickson wheels are no good but the rear wheels are fine.
Photos 4 and 5 are comparisons with factory wheels/tires

$800.00 For all. I'm selling because I went with 22.5 wheels/tires.

Observer
The rims he had for them I'm not sure I would recommend for use. 1 of them broke due to a bad weld without penetration. They are from Rickson and are 10 lug. I bought them for use as tires only, was going to make my own rims.
