Ae the rear taillights visible when the rear gates are closed?

Yes. Partially visible on the left (lights can be seen through and to the side of spare and visible on the right. There is also a brake light at the roofline of the Snugtop bed cap which is bright. So far never been an issue.

Totally love it. GLWS and quick question on the water tanks. Is there a pump to extract the water from the tanks or are they gravity fed in some way? Gosh what an awesome setup.

Good question. I have a small plastic tool box (maybe 4"x6"x12") that has a 12 vt. shuroflow pump mounted in it with a short length of hose and a quick release. I simply plug in the pump, attach the quick release to the tank and have pressure water. When one tank runs out I move to the next. Works great for drinking, washing and the luxury of the wife-pleasing shower now and then.

Nice build! Where did you source the Recaros and what can you tell me about the install? I'm currently debating taking my taco the same direction as you did, or trading it on a 5.7 Tundra before I sink the cash into it. Coming from an 80 Series I'm really missing the interior comforts and especially the seats in the Land Cruiser.

Thanks everyone for your interest. The first person to see the rig made a cash, full price offer so there is a new owner.
And thanks to everyone who participates in the Expedition Portal. Most of my modifications on this truck were the result of what I learned from others on this forum. As I start my new project I will continue to tap into this hugely valuable resource.

Congrats on the sale! Timing was way off for me but I would want to build something similar but maybe in Expo white. Awesome truck.
