Post pictures of your Land Rover.

The nets are awesome. Provides some peace of mind when I have it out in NYC and I know I can put some crap back there that will take someone a little longer to steal than just reaching in and taking it.

I'd say you should put them on your truck, but your truck will probably be sold before they arrive. :ylsmoke:

Did you buy this off ebay/bat? Nice two door. I would love to own one.

No. I had it listed on Ebay for twice (it sold the first time, but the buyer failed to pay). The second time it didn't sell.

I bought it about 2 months ago. I had been looking for one for about 3 years, found this in Montana and had it shipped to Texas. It's a great truck for the right person, but I was hoping to daily drive it 80 miles a day, and it's just not built for that.

Thor,
Have you got a close up pic of your swing away carrier, specifically the latch, you could email me? Thnx

Note the bar is angled up a few degrees so when latched it is under tension to keep the rattles away!

It really works! Credit to Joe Bennett at BilletTech for grafting this swing away to my SafariGard bumper with great success! So Far... Hahahaha!

I too poked around your truck during the LRNR at the Rovertracks booth.....I want to know where you got the tire cover from... I have a rear swing away and would love to have that tire covered a bit more.

The Solihull Society has them for sale, this was for a 33" My old 285/75r16, but it fits the 315/75r16 rather snugly but well. I installed it on a warm day in direct sunlight to make it more pliable!

Love your truck! More pictures, please.:coffeedrink:

I only have a few... I did travel with the LRO and LRW journalists on multiple days at the Moab LRNR... hoping for some good shots in upcoming issues!

Lastly, with the flip of a switch... I'm in drive home mode! AMAZING if you ask me!

Nice pictures of Cliffhanger during the Rally. A lot of people had trouble at that first ledge coming up out of the creek. I know I did but finally got up it. Cliffhanger was tougher during the Rally than I had ever seen it before.

Cliffhanger was a favorite trail, well all were very fun... I felt bad breaking my rear DS right at the end and holding everyone up.. and for the stupidest of reasons... finger tight bolts at the transfer case allowed the DC to bind up and pop!

The ledge right out of the creek was tougher than it looked for some reason. I really noticed the advantage of 315mm wide tires in Moab on a lot of the obstacles. They really helped mask my complete lack of driving talent! Hahaha!

Just here...
I'll 2nd that, I had no idea the RRC ever came as a two door:wings:

Seriously?

It was on LRX, right? I emailed the original owner but never really got much response out of him about it. Whats the rust like on it? 3.5 with LT95 4 speed or LT77 5 speed?

For what size tire?

I've got a few extra cluttering up the garage. No extra Sol Soc covers, but one from Ireland, one from Vancouver...sheesh, and a couple more I think...and, yes, believe me the price is right ;)
