I'll vouch for him.. He's a good guy who bought two of these and has since decided they weren't really what he wanted. It has NOT BEEN USED at all..

I bought his other one a few weeks ago.

There is some minor damage to the floor from shipping, but it is repairable. It is a hole through the exterior aluminmum, but it does not go all the way through. Mine had about the same damage. Fix was to fill the hole with silicone sealer and then patch it with vinyl siding material that matches the color of the base.
