I agree on all three counts, especially the "cool" part.

Yes! If I wasn’t working I’d buy your rig, drive it x-country, go on an epic summer/winter tour, then sell it here out west.

I think we just have more open spaces where an adventure-mobile is desirable, especially 4x4.

(I miss my minimod...)

Waiting on the Check to clear.

I still have the 7.3 4x4 Minimod.

Nice van. Nice "action shots", but not sure if I would have use them on a sale add. Usually you would have said "never seen the rain" "used by an old lady to go pick up the mail"....

If anyone here is interested I am going to be listing this soon. I'm trying to come up with a number, but it'll definitely be cheaper if it goes to someone that wants the van life and to restore it. It's a 1985 dodge based Xplorer. It is an original Quigley 4x4, I have all documentation from being ordered to build out. I am the second owner, it has 34k original miles. I put in a brand new distributor, plugs, wires, cap, coil, rotor, ignition module, ballast resistor(all the finicky ignition components that don't like sitting)Motor is strong with the exception of a fuel delivery issue. I am in the midst of putting an edelbrock intake and a new 1406 carb and new fuel lines on it now. I do not have the time to restore it like it deserves. Transmission and drive lines checked out fine, 4x4 works. Very cool, very rare van. It does not require catalytic converters per the emissions data plate, for anyone interested I did save all the parts I took off doing the intake swap. I am not an rv person and I haven't had the time to check the plumbing system, the propane system, generator etc. If anyone is interested please feel free to send me a pm

that one's been up for a while. I think the $1200 in rust damage is holding it back....but at least the seller is open about it
I think the same thing. A $45,000 vehicle and he cant spend such a small percentage of the price of the vehicle to fix the rust.... Makes me think the cost to fix the rust is much more than claimed.

Yep - just like the typical "A/C needs recharge." When I see that, I just assume the entire system needs to be replaced.

True, seems like with a $1200 investment he could then ask what? $65k for it; so why not fix it? Definitely a concern.

I always liked these buses built on vans with the dual rear doors. Super versatile for hauling anything.

1990 Ford E350 Bus
Clean Title
Following description:
GVWR 9500LBS Pulled from service because program went away in 2017. 2wd Automatic. 7.4 Liter Diesel Engine Starts right up and runs strong. No Extra smoke other than normal startup diesel smoke. Brakes are in great shape. New Tires. Seats are all in great shape and all have seat belts. 16 skinny passengers plus driver. The Bad- Some Rust, the worst of it shown in two pictures. When fully loaded with folks, feels a bit loose when traveling on the highway. Loose meaning it feels like it can get swaying back and forth if you’re not careful. It was after all meant to hall children, not overfed adults. The front doors that open for the passengers need an adjustment but they do close completely and lock securely.75CFD91D-CFC2-42D0-8A62-7660C0E5DA94.jpeg7E06ACB3-13C2-428B-9475-E3326FDF503A.jpeg
