Camco Propane Tank Tree....stop wiggling!

I leave my 5# propane tank attached to my trailer as it is too small and too light to safely support a propane lantern and a couple propane hoses. But the Camco "tree" I bought is not secure and leans over no mater how tight the valve is.
Camco Tree

I fixed it with a couple threaded holes and two stainless steel 1/4 X 20 bolts

I tried rubber caps. With so much moment arm you really had to tighten them down extra hard to stop the rocking and rolling. The bolts are just tightened finger tight. No damage to the tank at all.

Good fix. If you can find one, I personally prefer the Century MFG propane tree. It clamps to the safety ring on the tank instead of putting pressure on the valve. I think they stopped making them though. I have one, and love it...
