I acquired this trailer off of Craigslist last summer. It has been a project off and on since then. I finally pretty much finished it and wrote up a blog post about it. If you are interested in old trailers, or want more information about the project, there are photos and details in the blog.

Thanks for your comment. I used a catalyzed urethane- Olive Drab #8 (OD 329) from Midwest Military on the trailer. I had Sherwin Williams match it for the lid.

Might you happen to have part numbers for the spring packs, shackles, hardware and where you got those from?
Looks great! I'm starting a restoration/build of my own. Around a 1947-48 timeframe born on date.
