I got a set of stabilizers. Not sure if I will need them but better to have and not need than need and not have.

Nicely done.... I see you say you are done... I assume you mean with the 1st phase. Are we ever really done modding our M416's? :)

I'm trying to get my project moving along... I have the lid built/installed, had a tailgate made, installed a Tepui XL Ruggedize (love the interior space). Next is to have a rear bumper & eventually a tire swing out with pop up tables like those on http://www.moabaz.com trailers. Of course a Power Box... geez, the list never ends.

Enjoy & be sure to post up pic's of it in use on the many adventures you have ahead.

Armygreen,
Thanks for making and updating this thread, it is both inspirational and informative. Once it cools off here I'm going to start my 416 project and hopefully it comes out as nice as yours.

Excellent setup! I can't wait to get mine back out to the woods. We have a big trip to Hunting Island SC. in September. I may get to do something sooner, but not sure yet. Vicariously I live through Expo! LOL

Thanks! I did not get to use mine as much as I would have liked this year. I did get out for one more day/night at L.L. Stubb Stewart State Park on our way to the Oregon Coast. I would call that Glamping! No dirt roads involved. Paved all the way up to where you back into your camping spot. They even had vending machines! I wish I would have taken a few pics there!
