We have decided to sell our 2017 Cirrus 820.

We have enjoyed our 820 immensely over the past year, and have taken good care of her as she has taken care of us. We will miss all the luxury and comfort that NuCamp built into the Cirrus.

Personally, we think 2017 (and some of the other early years) are the best version of this camper. A few reasons are the larger fresh water tank (38 gallons), five full drawers, and a lower overall height. We are the second owners of this camper. The first owner had used it about 5-6 times prior to our purchase in April 2021.

The specifications from NuCamp are located here: https://nucamprv.com/cirrus-820-2020/2020-nucamp-cirrus820-specifications/

The options that came from the factory are:
- Wireless backup camera
- Maggie roof rack with two cross members
- 160W solar kit

We do not have a pass-thru window, which we prefer as it is basically unusable and a source of potential leaks and drafts.

We have performed the following modifications to this 820:
- Fixed the bathroom sink with a proper p-trap and vent so it drains properly.
- Moved the shower controls to the side to allow more room in the bathroom.
- Replaced the inefficient fan in the bathroom with a MaxxAir fan.
- Added a light above the mirror in the bathroom.
- Added shelving in the hanging closet to provide three adjustable shelves.
- Added a water filter on the cold side of the kitchen faucet. This uses standard 5” filter cartridges available on Amazon. We just put a new one in.
- Added 4 spice racks (2 in kitchen and 2 in dinette).
- Added a vertical storage unit/sleeve at the dinette table to hold tablets, phones, etc…
- Added a DC distribution panel under the dinette to allow for easier and cleaner wiring of heavier loads to the battery.
- Added a 180W solar panel onto the roof rack (340W total).
- Added a Victron 100/20 MPPT solar charger that both panels are connected to in series.
- Added an external solar port on the driver side that is connected to the original Zamp solar controller.
- Cut the long storage cabinets next to each side of the bed into three pieces that open independently.
- Added dual USB charging ports at the head of both sides of the bed.
- Added an AC outlet with USB ports under the dinette table.
- Added an outside storage box on the rear bumper.
- Added hanging bike rack onto ladder with LoLo hooks and 80/20. This will need to be adjusted to fit your specific bikes.
- Flushed and replaced Alde Glycol on 8/21/21.
- Installed longer hose and new shower sprayer for outside shower.

We have outfitted our camper to be used and lived in full-time. With the right truck, this is a very comfortable and capable rig. We spent 4 months in Baja this past winter and explored some very remote locations, in comfort.

Our camper is in very good condition, but does have some scuffs inside cabinets from normal use. We have manuals for all the systems. The previous owner had installed a bunk bed above the dinette which we removed. There are screw holes visible to the discerning eye. There is also some minor yellow stains along both soap dishes in the bathroom.

Some highlight of the Cirrus 820 include:
- Electric Reico remote jack with wired backup.
- Alde hydronic heating system with touchpad control. Silent hear provided throughout the camper, including the basement where water tanks are located.
- True four season camper with heat in all places where water lines exist
- Huge stargazing window above the head of the bed.
- See Level II tank monitors on all three tanks.
- 38 gallon fresh, 32 gallons grey, and 18 gallons black.
- Froli system under the mattress to provide more comfort and airflow.
- Electric side awning.
- Air conditioner.
- Swing out TV with 6 speaker stereo (2 speakers outside).
- Plenty of inside and outside storage. Outside storage all locks with key.
The camper does not come with any tie-downs. The truck is not included nor for sale.
- All aluminum frame.
- One piece aluminum roof.
- Dual pane awning style windows with shades/screens

Dry weight 2685lb. Needs at least a 3/4 ton, ideally a 1 ton truck. It is designed for a short bed truck.

The camper’s "home" is Massachusetts. MA does not have titles for truck campers. A bill of sale will be provided to the buyer.

We are asking $27,900 for our camper, which is located in Boise, ID.

This Cirrus 820 is ready to hit the road for new adventures!

Sorry, this sold shortly after posting this ad, about a year ago.

My mistake for not updating the thread.
