This seems like a very good deal considering the 4 door superduty alone was probably around 70k.
If the box is built right this is a extremely great deal.
There are 10 lug steel wheels out that allow you to converted to super singles for cheaper. if you haven't driven a 4x4 dually you may want to give it a shot be you go changing things. The dually wheels probably come in handy 10 times more often than they create a burden. This thing isn't going down jeep trails or going rock crawling. There is a lot of weight back there this setup allows to blow out one or even two drive tires and limp to safety. If you plan to tow stick with the dually. In my area it isn't uncommon to see a lifted 4x4 dually.
Also someone should start posting about how those super singles wear out unevenly and how often they need to be replaced. Also traction isn't remotely comparable especially on worn tires.
