Thanks! Discovered the joys of having headlight connection issues today. Not sure what the problem is and more research will need to be done. In the mean time, ordered fog lights....which will arrive next month (thanks covid-19) so I can be compliant with state law for having 2 active lights...

Does it come with the ladder at the rear (that hides away in the shelf)? And does the CTIS work?

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

Can you share pics of it installed please? I looked on the link shared and no photos of it installed were on there. Was your rear clearance lowered much by it?

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

I bought mine 2015 OB 2.5i used at 114,000mi in March. It already has 122,000mi and has taken me all kinds of places in a much more comfortable fashion than my previous 2008 Jeep Rubicon. I have not modified it much other than adding fog lights, Raingler ceiling net, seat covers, K&N air...

I pack freeze dried food (Mountain House types), jerky, Cliff bars/blocks, dried fruit if I am doing solo backpacking How...

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

Bought my first Subaru last month: 2015 OB 2.5i base. So far, not much done to it, but got my tax return today, so I will be working on making it a wee bit more protected for the trails. Swapped out the stock Bridgestone duellers with Hankook dynapros. Discovered stock tire height (225/65/17)...

    Whitney via the Scenic Route - 9/15 - 9/17

Awesome trip write up! What size pack did you use on this trip? Looks like you managed to maintain only doing Class 2 scrambles, and I noticed that you mentioned the level of exposure at times, did you feel that other than an ice axe, any other equipment would have been helpful (gaiters...

Kayak Trip through Labyrinth Canyon, Green River

Horseshoe Canyon (RM59-ish) is only a few miles upriver from Hell Roaring (RM55.5). We enjoyed another brew and paddle on our almost bittersweet trip to our last night’s destination. We were advised by the Tex’s staff that there was a D. Julien inscription in Hell Roaring and an easy hike to...

Day 3! Bowknot Bend (RM70) to Hell Roaring (RM55.5): Part II via Twomile Canyon and Horseshoe Canyon The rock formations along this area, especially in the morning sun are so stunning. Quite a few chimney rock formations and smaller box-type canyons near the tops as the rock is worn away...
