Shell gets side panels mounted today. Just a bit more welding and the shell will be finished.

We have an external mounting system for pioneer kit or simply hanging gear. Any sort of attachment for carrying stuff externally can be fitted here. It can be bolted or simple tool free removed.
Hinged side covers will be attached next. These covers provide a secure way to carry gear on the outside of camper. They also provide decent protection to main camper shell. Side covers are bolted on and can be easily replaced if damaged.

How are you going to insulate? What type?

In first post you mention thermal breaks. With all of that aluminum where are they?

The side panels are formed aluminum with flange being short. Foam panels are secured to inside of panel along with small wood backers that are the same height as panel flanges. Foam panels are laid over that composite. Wall materials are then secured to top of second layer of foam. Walls are 1.5" thick. There is no direct path of aluminum to inside of shell.

Picture shows one piece roof with openings for vent, skylight and air conditioner. Other pictures shows floor detail. Our three point galvanized frame will bolt cross members along bottom of floor. Additional insulation can be applied between joist (3"). Last pictures shows level of craftsmanship.

Way cool. Looks really nicely built and that facility is **************. I have some plans for my aluminum cabin cabover that look remarkably similar to your guys' pop up. Is your flatbed going to be a cabover?

Excited to see the progress!

This camper is not our pop up model. Its designed for a cab chassis. The shell is modular and can accept either of two lengths of cab overs. So, we can outfit as a two person, 3 or even four with the longer cab over. The cab over has a lower slide in drawer set for carrying outside stuff. It also has the ability to carry at least two more solar panels. * panels at 100 watts on the main shell and another 200 on the cab over provides reasonable recharge of batteries. This shell starts to get fitted with interior next week.

Shell is now ready for assembly. Side wall panels are out for anodizing. Frame will get prepped for paint and finished coated in urethane. Sub frame is back from galvanizing and will be assembled to chassis today.

Shell gets buy-outs test fitted to ensure close fit. Skylight has shade to keep things cool in summer. It opens wide to let the outside in.

Thanks for the spec sheet. We will be reaching out to you to set up some time for a thorough review in Flagstaff. Looks great.

As I read through the sheet, there appears to be an option for a cab-over addition. Is that an available addition for the flatbed version you are documenting with this thread, or is that (obviously) a part of the slide-in model that's TBD?
