Wiring Maxxfan without auxiliary power supply

I’ve already installed a 7500 Maxxfan in my 2007 Express 1500 AWD Passenger Van. This may be a case of cart before horse, but I don’t have the time or money to install an auxiliary power supply just yet. I intend to use the fan sparingly until I have a that in place. I need advice on how/where best to wire this fan in. Please help!

Just tie It into an accessory circuit. The lights or a powerport would work. The fan will use 4-5A on high, and less than 1A on low. Using on low power should be no problem for a regularly driven vehicle.

Install a low voltage disconnect so you will be able to start the motor when needed.
